Whether the clinic documents treatment under general anaesthesia or deep / twilight sedation — "sleep dentistry", where the patient is asleep and unaware (does not feel, see, or hear the procedure). Ordinary conscious sedation, where the patient stays awake and responsive, does not count here. This is informational and does not affect the transparency score.

Reputation & Reviews
18.5 / 20
Public review signals. The Google rating is adjusted with a Bayesian prior (rating 4.0, weight 25) so a 5.0 from a handful of reviews does not outrank a 4.8 from hundreds.
| ✓ | Google rating (Bayesian-adjusted) as of 2026-09-24 [markasya-dis-deepen] | 6/6 |
| ◐ | Google review volume as of 2026-09-24 [markasya-dis-deepen] | 2/3 |
| ✓ | Review recency [markasya-dis-deepen] | 3/3 |
| ✓ | Clinic responds to reviews The owner replies to reviews on Google: 9 of the 10 reviews read carry an owner reply, 4 of them to reviews from the last 12 months; the latest reply is dated 2026-08-24 (to a review of 2026-08-24). [markasya-dis-deepen-7] [markasya-dis-deepen] | 2/2 |
| ✓ | No recurring complaints The lowest-rated Google reviews read different complaints (a zirconia crown case told twice by reviewers sharing a surname and counted once, a root canal fee charged for work not done, a 1★ rating with a praising text, one without text); 1–2★ ratings are 8 of 196 (4.1 %), so no complaint repeats. [markasya-dis-deepen-7] | 2/2 |
| ✓ | No suspicious review patterns Histogram 94% 5★ (not uniform), reviews spread over months with no burst, reviewer accounts with up to 47 reviews [markasya-dis-deepen] | 2/2 |
